OUR POLICY
We hope you will enjoy your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you can return any unwanted items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.
All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging and parcel.
Separate orders cannot be combined for returns or exchanges — each order must be processed individually.
For refund requests, please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed once we have received the returned goods.
If you collected an order from our studio and wish to return it, please return it to our studio.

Shipping costs
We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. We encourage you to think carefully before making a purchase. We provide all the measurements we can.
Returns instructions:
To begin your return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Send us an email.
2. Include your E-mail, Order Number, name and address
3. Tell us which item(s) you would like to return
4. Wait. We'll respond you as soon as possible.
Once we receive and verify your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed. If you do not hear from us within the allotted time, please email us.
